Seniors Safety Guide Presentation, Thursday, March 12, 2026
- 👏👏 Thank you to everyone who attended on Thursday, March 12, for the Seniors’ Guidebook to Safety & Security presentation featuring retired CN Police officer and RCMP-certified Security Analyst Lou Lisi.
Lou shared practical tips and real-world advice to help seniors stay safe, covering topics such as:
• Elder abuse awareness
• Home security (at home and while away)
• Personal safety on the street and in your vehicle
• Fraud and scam prevention
• Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias
• Power of Attorney, wills, programs, and available services
It was an informative and engaging evening, and we appreciate everyone who attended to learn and participate in the discussion.
